Only Organization Administrators and Users with Team Administrator permissions can access this configuration.
To make a user selectable as a reviewer allowing them to review and refine translations and copywriting, you need to configure their services within the team.
Steps to set up user services:
Go to your team settings.
Add a caption...
Select your team.
Find the user you want to configure and click Edit services.
Add a caption...
Click "+ Add Service".
Add a caption...
Enter the required service details:
Name
Service type: at the moment the available options are Revision, Copywriting, Transcreation (for more clarity, we will add the options Translation and Post-Editing soon). For the moment, you can select the service 'Revision' as a synonym for 'Translation'.
Add a caption...
Language combination: make sure to choose the exact language code required for the job.
If a job requires source: de-DE and target: pt-PT, you must select these exact codes. Selecting a different code in the service that a user offers, such as source: de and target: pt-PT, will prevent this user from being selectable for the job.
