Setup
To get started, you first need to set up your organization and at least one team, that can receive job revision requests (short: revisions). Follow the setup steps:
Setting up Organization Administrators and Organization Administrator Roles
Setting up Team User roles
Create teams: termbase.io will set up your first team and connect your Inbox Emailto it, so other organizations can invite you to work on jobs. It is not needed to create more teams to work.
When does it make sense to create multiple teams for a subvendor?
→ When multiple organizations (clients) are sending you jobs, requiring separate teams.
→ When you want to structure your workflows in a concrete manner.
After the setup is done, organizations can add your Inbox Email to their teams and invite you to work on their jobs.
Invite Users to your Team
Follow the steps on the following document page to be able to invite users and configure your workforce: Inviting users to your team
