Reworks in termbase.io function as workflow steps designed to refine and enhance content until it meets your desired quality.
Handling invitations: Accepting / Declining
When someone sends you an invitation to work on a job, you will receive an e-mail. Follow the link to accept or decline the invitation.
Invitations can be also managed under Reworks > Invitations.
All the accepted invitations can be managed under Reworks > My reworks.
Redistributing jobs to your own organizations / freelancers
When a job from a client is accepted and needs to be redistributed, simply click “Add sub revision” on the job you want to reassign. From there, and depending on your licence access, you can select a member of your team, an AI worker, an external freelancer, or a subvendor.
For a subvendor to be selectable, they must have completed the process detailed in Defining a team as a Team Inbox
Redistributing jobs is only possible if your team and or user has the corresponding permissions in termbase.
To ensure data protection, when you receive a job, the entity above in the chain will not be able to see the substeps you execute within it.
