Creating a Job Template

    Navigate to Settings on the main menu bar to display the options.
    Select the option Job Templates.
    Click on "+ Add Job Template" located at the upper left corner.
    Provide a name and short description if needed.
    Configure limitations on permission rights for reviewers under:
  • Service Provider Permissions
  • Enable source file download:
  • Enable aditional file download:
  • Enable target file download:
  • Enable source text editing:
  • Enable terminology build-up:
  • Enable one click segment confirmation:
  • TransUnit Lock Settings.
  • Lock 100% Matches:
  • Lock trans-units with target segments:
    Click "Select Teams" to share this template with your team(s) if needed.
    Save your Template by clicking on "Save".
