Setting up MT Selfservice for users

This documentation outlines how to set up an environment for Selfservice Users using job templates, where key settings are predefined and will automatically apply during translation.
     Create a team  for the MT Selfservice Users.
     Create a job template  and include all necessary  configurations —such as Machine Translation services, terminology, and Translation Memories—that you want your selfservice users to work with.
    Create a specific  team user role  with the permissions you wish to grant to the MT Selfservice Users and  associate the job template  created in step 2.
When users assigned to those roles create a job, the template’s settings will automatically apply.
     Invite the MT Selfservice Users  to the team created in step 1 and  assign them the role  you created in step 3, to ensure they are associated to the job template.
When users log in, they will see a simplified job creation interface. They only need to provide:→ Job name→ Language combintion
Other settings, such as MT services and Translation Memories, will be automatically applied from the job template.

MT Selfservice Users can just be member of one team.
