Setup your organization

Signing up and Joining your Organization

    Creating your organization
 Termbase.io  will create your organization. Once your organization is created, we will send an email to the Administrator Email provided.
The email contains a link to accept an invitation to join your Organization as an Administrator.
    Creating Your User Account
Before accepting the invitation, you must create a user account using the Administrator Email provided. To create the account, please follow the instructions at the following link:  Signing up 
    Accepting the Invitation
Once the user account is created, you will receive an email to confirm your email address.
After confirming your email, you can follow the invitation link from the previously received email (Step 1) to join the organization as an administrator.

Setting up Organization Administrators and Organization Administrator Roles

The first administrator user can invite other administrator users if desired. Depending on their organization adminstrator role, they are able to configure the organization settings and create it's team structure.How to add organization administrators:  Administrators 
Remember: Team User Roles are different from Organization Administrator Roles and serve different purposes. Learn more here  Roles, Permissions and Sharing 

Setting up Team User Roles

Organization administrators are in charge of setting up team-specific user permission roles that control the permissions a user has in their teams  Team user roles . After creating and configuring your roles, you can assign them to users when inviting them to your teams.
Subvendor organizations termbase.io  have set up two predefined user roles — Project Manager and Translator — each with their respective permissions. These roles can be edited if needed.

Setting up Integrations

Subvendor users do not have access to this configuration.
Depending on your subscription, you can set up third-party integrations that can be used in the system. The most important ones are storage integrations for file buckets and databases. Learn more:  Integrations 
After setting up your organization you can create your first  team  and  invite users .
