Inviting users

Inviting a user

    Click on "Teams" in the main menu bar.
    Select your team.
    Click on + Invite Users.
    Provide the email of the user you want to invite.
    Select the role that you want to assign to this user. Each role comes with a specific permission set that dictates what actions the user can perform.
User roles are customizable, they can be created and edited as follows:  Team user roles 
    Optionally, write a message to accompany the invitation.
    The invited user will receive an invitation message from  hello@termbase.io  and can accept the invitation to join the team by following the invitation link. Before following the invitation link, the invited person must have a user account in  termbase.io . The account can be created at  https://go.termbase.io/register .

Monitoring Invitations‍

You can monitor the status of your invitations within the team. Each user will initially be marked as "Invited" and will change to "Accepted" once they accept the invitation.‍


Managing Team Services and Roles‍

As a Team Manager, you have the ability to manage services and roles for the team members. This is particularly useful for assigning responsibilities and ensuring that only qualified users handle sensitive parts of your projects.
 Set up services  for team members to control who has access to specific tasks or services within a team.
