termbase.io allows for easily sending jobs to review directly through the platform’s online workspace.
Revisions in termbase.io function as workflow steps designed to refine and enhance your content until it meets the desired quality. These steps can be completed by a professional, through self-service, or even with the assistance of AI.
Click on “Jobs” in the top menu bar to go to the Jobs Dashboard.
Click on “Add rework” in the “Rework” column of the job that you want to be reviewed.

The “Add rework” window will pop up in which you can configurate the Rework step. It shows the Job’s number of words as well as the estimated review time.

You can now specify the Rework’s details:
Enter a name for the Rework step (optional).
Select the type of review:
Service: a linguist of your team, a freelancer or a subvendor organization.
AI-Worker: enhance automated translation quality by automatically verifying terminology consistency, checking inflections, correcting grammar, and improving style and fluency – ensuring accurate, consistent, and publication-ready output.
Write a Message to give extra information to the reviewer.
Indicate a Due date and time for the job
Enable service provider permissions if desired:
Enable source file download
Enable additional file download
Enable target file download
Enable source text editing
Enable terminology build-up
Enable one click segment confirmation
Click save to start the review process.
The service provider will then receive an automated e-mail via which they can have a look at and then accept or decline the job. You can invite one or more service providers for one Rework job.
Once a service provider accepts the job, the project manager will receive an information e-mail:

Rework jobs follow a first-come, first-served rule. The first service provider to accept the job will complete it, while it will no longer be accessible to the other service providers invited.
You can monitor the invitation and Rework status as it is indicated in the “Rework” column:
